Steven is our Maintenance Supervisor, responsible for keeping the property safe, functional, and guest-ready year-round. He handles repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting across all units, responding quickly and effectively to issues as they arise. With a practical, problem-solving approach and a reliable presence, Steven helps ensure small issues are addressed before they become larger concerns.

Housekeeping Manager
Danielle serves as our Housekeeping Manager, leading the day-to-day housekeeping operations at D Sands. She oversees scheduling, inspections, and quality control to ensure every unit meets our cleanliness and presentation standards before guest arrival. With a hands-on approach and a strong eye for detail, Danielle supports her team while maintaining the consistency and care that define the guest experience.

Troy isn’t just the founder of Multiporpoise—he’s a fellow owner, too. With multiple units at both The Sea Gypsy and D Sands Rentals, Troy understands firsthand what matters
most to property owners. In addition, as the Secretary on the HOA Board at both properties, Troy plays an active role in keeping these communities running smoothly. His dual perspective—as both an owner and a manager—means he approaches every decision with long-term value in mind.
